Sleep
Daily 7-8 hours of sleep at regular hours is vital to restore balance – giving your body the time it needs
to repair, renew, and strengthen, while it supports your body’s natural rhythms and well-being. Going to sleep before 10 a.m. helps with melatonin production, which plays an important support role for your immune system.
In a busy electronic world, true rest has become rare, yet, it remains essential!
It is important to remember that rest is not just sleep and not the same as entertainment! True rest restores, while constant stimulation can leave the body and mind depleted.
A gentle reminder:
Make true rest a priority as
your body needs both sleep and stillness
to restore and thrive.
