Faithfulness in the small, daily habits and routines of life carry great value.
Choosing persistency and consistency – faithfully and prayerfully – creates a steady rhythm that
supports your overall well-being. These small, intentional choices may seem simple, yet over time they add up to BIG PROGRESS.
Establishing habits of regularity in your daily activities, while choosing to avoid what may harm or lead to dependence, helps create space for growth, balance, and lasting wellness.
A gentle reminder:
Stay patient with the process.
Growth takes time, and each
small, faithful step matters more than
you may see in the moment.
Below follows the work of those I follow and have learned so much from. Some have personally coached my family through challenging wellness issues. Let us not forget that YHWH is the only reliable Source and Healer. Always seek His guidance.
